In 2016, the agency took a new direction with the arrival of Jean‑Christophe BERNAZ, a property developer for over thirty years and an expert in the Chablais dynamic market. His experience and fresh vision have enabled the agency to stand the test of time and remain a cornerstone of real estate around Lake Geneva and throughout the Chablais.
Three years later, in 2019, a partnership with an agency in the Abondance Valley broadened our scope, adding lettings management and condominium management* to our existing services.
Today our dual presence between lake and mountains allows us to cover a wide geographical area while delivering informed, responsive management of both supply and demand.
